Don't you need to be 16 to drive without an adult in the vehicle?

I realize that it has the 6l80e trans, reread what I typed, the ratios are even wider than the 4l60e/65e trans.
Which means there is more rpm drop during 1-2 upshifts than the 4l60e/65e trans.

I never said he didnt have the 6l80e.

The actual shifting feels better because its an actual clutch to cltuch shift, but the wider ratios cause more rpm drop than the 4l60e/65e.

I think people get hard if they have more gears, just wait to the new Hydramatic 7 speeds come out, they will be the "thing" to have.

The perfect performance/driver trans would be the ratios of the 200r4 coupled with 4l80e durability/strength.
2.74:1 1st gear with the 0.67:1 OD gear, same as the 6l80e/90e trans, without the huge rpm drop during WOT 1-2 shifting.
Any gear that makes the short 1st gear of the 6l80e/90e trans liveable causes lug city when cruising.

peace
