I have a 2009 Sierra with a 4" DJM drop in the rear with the axle flip. I am looking for some air bags that will work in the rear of my truck with the axle flip. hoping for a bolt on kit.

I'm guessing you want the bags to help from bottoming out and to be able to haul loads without bouncing like crazy. If so you need what I had on my truck with a flip kit, work like a charm, McGaughy help kit, Works like a charm and is completely bolt on with no modifications to your pickup.
