So I have a ground force 2/4 drop. I think the truck has the lowering coils up front. I would like to lower my truck another inch up front. Can I just buy these and they will lower my truck another inch? Are they much trouble to install?

Yes they will lower your truck another 1" or 2" depending on how you want them...they are adjustable.
They arent hard to install....same as changing your coils.

I talked to belltech and they said I cannot use them on lowerd coils, only the stock coils.

my kit was for the crew 07 cc. They have different spring rate than the reg cab, so I cut off one full coil on the 3" drop spings. I dont think your struts are going to wok for me, lol

I was wrong...sorry about that. I just got thru lowering mine down another 1" in front for a 5" drop and mine barely worked. The problem is the shaft isnt threaded enough. If you had the shaft machined down 1"-2" and more threads added it would work.

But as they stand stock KA41 is right...they wont even work with 2" coils.

Sorry guys for the misinformation on my part...benn awhile since I installed them.

Good news is Im at 5" drop now...2" spindles...1" coils...2" struts

JB, have you had the truck re-aligned? If so, is it correct? Also, what tires size do you have, and do you know what the fender measurements are?

Sorry for all the questions, going to be changing my setup soon, and am trying to collect all the info I can. I have a spreadsheet going with all the measurements vs.components, although I only have info from a couple trucks so far...
