I have a 2007 silverado 5.3 2wd an the fuel pump went out I was wonderin if I should go back with the same one or will the one out of a vortech max work?? I heard they were better an had more pressure.

 

Are the fittings the same size and orientation? Are the electrical connections the same? Will your fuel level sensor attach to it? I would advise to stick with your factory pump unless your planning mods that are going to exceed its capacity.
