Im pretty sure iirc that engine is a 58x as all 07+ are ( unless I have it wrong? ) So that said any 58x ( 07+ ) short will be your easiest option. You can use an older engine too but you will have to drop the crank and swap reluctors. The hard parts of the short block are pretty much all interchangeable over the years, its just the top end stuff that varies along with AFM, VVT, and the different sensor configurations and of course the biggie as mentioned the reluctor wheel differences. The best way to go about this is work around your vehicles OS and engine mgmt system. Meaning whatever vehicle you are working with its easiest to retain the harness and ECM tech in place on that vehicle and swap only the new engine parts into it. Plan on a good tune after your all said and done as well.
