I'm looking for track times and mods done to your trucks to achieve the track times.

It would be nice to get stock times also if you guys have them and of course times with your current mods.

I've done some searching around on this subject and found a little info on some of the trucks, but it seems to be few and far between and I figured it would be nice to get some the info in one thread, not just for myself, but all the other prospective new truck buyers out there.

So let me thank you guys in advance for sharing.

2008 Sierra Denali 2WD. 6.2 / 6L80E / 3.42.

D/A corrected STOCK #'s from Nelson's event last February @ SAR: 14.35 @ 95.5 w/ P275/55R20s. Dunno my "race" weight - yet . . .

D/A corrected performance after mods @ HRP on Saturday 01/15/2011: 14.41 @ 97.70 w/ P305/50R20s - but still a work in progress!

Lloyd is that a typo? You went slower after headers & tune?

 

No typo . . .

Got an issue I've yet to resolve, have yet to get any kind of a handle on it.

Do you happen to also have the uncorrected times?

C'mon guys I know more of you out there are running the 6.2 ECSB and CCSBs.

 

"Raw" numbers - SAR Feb 2010: 14.57 @ 94, HRP Saturday: 14.43 @ 97.50

2.2x 60's at both tracks - NO tire spin

Thanks for the support - we'll get a handle on it, just VERY difficult for me to get to the track very often . . .

I since ported my intake manifold and underdrive pulley. no times yet.

My buddy and I just bought one of these


So once installed, I'll be adapting it to accommodate longer wheelbase's. Say 143" reverting my truck back to stock and dynoing, each mod. Along with the ported intake manifolds to see if we got any increase's in the intake manifold, hopefully sell a few if it works out well. We will be posting soon, The dyno should be here the second week in Feb.
