Ha! Someone else watches these shows other than me! I like those snobby early teen bitches who come out sayin "I do what I wanna do, you don't own me." OR "y'all don't know me" Their parents need to be shot and those kids beaten severly. If my kids back talked me like that thier asses would be out in the street.

But yeah...those women have kids and go on those shows sayin "look, he's got your eyes" and it turns out none of the potential fathers are really the father!

Those are the kids I deal with every day as a truancy offer. We are going to do a “scared straight” at the high school for. A “scared straight” program takes at-risk kids and the go to prison for the day. We are calling the list of kids going “The Good List” and all we are telling the kids it that they are going of a field trip.

Im 26, but I am a big guy, 6'8" at 275 lbs. Some of my little 'pre-felons' were talking about how the they could beat me up. So I took them into the weight room at the high shool and whent to the leg press machine and put it on 575 lbs (the heaviest it would go) and I said show me. Most could not move it, some of the upper classmen could lift it once or twice I sit down and rep it 10 times like nothing just to prove a point.

Some of thies kids have rough lifes. In ways most of us can not even think. I know that is no excuse. I am a total existentialist. The turmoil that these kids live in is only going to get worse if they dont suck it up and take care of them and theres.

Sorry So long, but I have to deal with these kids and the apathetic attitudes all day long. The best part is that its never there fault. They are always victims of some thing or Im just picking on them because they are black or Mexican or whatever.

Yeah there are a lot of punk-*** kids around nowadays. My brothers are 12 and 14 and they cop a bit of an attitude with me...prolly just being related. But some of their friends think they can take me on and so do some assclowns I work with. I am not out to say I'll go and beat everyone down, but do not push me to the point where I snap. Currently I am in the best shape of my life, exercise three days a week, run a mile with no problem, have great eating habits, and very active in general living.

My 14 yr old bro is ~6'5"@300lbs. He's the starting noseguard for his football team! Anyway, they go by my example and learn from my father.

The way I see it problems with children come from their parents. Most of the ones on these shows have absent parents. The kids resort to drug abuse, alcohol abuse, unprotected sex, etc. The only way is to learn from example.

I have one student that when he was then his dad killed him self. The students mom could not cope with the loss and started doing heavy drugs. By the time the student was thirteen he was taken away from his mom and went to live with his grandparents. His grandparents resented him for what had happened and were overly strict. No phone, no friends over, no going out on the weekend, and even a dress code. By the time the student was 16 he went through the trouble and be came emancipated and has been living on his own. He is a varsity wrestler, with a straight A's and still finds time to work for his living. When money got tight he sold his truck that he inherited form his father to pay rent. He joined the Marines at the age of 17 and will be going in after he turns 18 and graduates on the GI bill to pay for college. He is more of an adult then I am. He even has a 'life plan' to get him where he want to be.

So why is it that this kid overcame and some still need a good beating?

Maybe he was driven not to end up like his parents. It is hard to say what inspires people to do what they do. That person will end up having a nice life for himself and will be self made.
