Them some crazy asses!
Somneone was telling me about some guys around here that do that **** for fun. He has a Yamaha R1 that isn't registered specifically for that purpose. I was told that he frequently rides wheelies down the main drag.
The guy that was telling me about this said he hears all the time on his scanner that the sheriffs and troopers are always chasing motorcycles on backroads and are asking for help cause they can't catch them.
