Not sure what to do next. Battery has full charge, everything is plugged in. has power to PCM, starter, and the alternator. Fuel pump runs, and everything electrical in the truck works.

Kind of at a loss as the truck was running/driving before I did the swap.

 

Got it running, after a few suggestions from Roger - I got under the truck and messed with the neutral safety switch connections.
