wont idle right, some times wont even start???????

A leaking fuel pressure regulator will give you flooding symptoms...pull the hose off of it (in the center of the driver's side fuel rail), if fuel drips out or it smells strongly of fuel, the fp reg is leaking and needs to be replaced.

i would do fuel regulator first cheaper part and I had same problem and regulator fixed it
