ok i know im brand new here so i a posted in the wrong section or did something wrong just lemme know.

today i want up to the local salvage yard and did a little shopping, how fun. i ended up getting the powersteering pump, brake pedl, hydrobooster, and the three lines for the pump. if you cant already tell im planning on doing the hydroboost conversion on my truck. i have an 03 silverado reg cab 2wd and my brakes suck. i recently changed out my pads and rotors so i know the friction is there i just need some more pressure. i think i have everything i will need for the conversion but i am wondering if not having the assist booster wire pluged in will throw some codes. i have heard that by unplugging that 4 wire plug will throw a service brake booster code.

how do i get rid of this code?

and what do you guys think about the hydroboost conversion im planing on doing, any tips or tricks i sould know?
