Default Wiring for a 4L60E turned 5-Speed

I picked up a 5.3 wiring harness from a 5.3/4L60E truck.
I was going to do a 4.8/4L60E swap but now a 5-speed.

Can I use the wiring harness I have on a 5-speed setup?
Can it be used with modification (assuming not as stock)?
If neither as-is nor modified, do I need an all-new harness?
