Way to help guys ...

There has to be a short somewhere...I know that wires often break in the steering column, they could be shorted there also. Not sure if that circuit uses a relay, it could be stuck, or there could be water in a junction block, or the switch could be bad...

I unpluged all the wires to the back of the switch and thay still wont go off

Another guess would be that the circuit board in the motor is shorted.

(you've eliminated the switch)
