I figured out my misfires are from crappy connections with the injectors. I am looking to buy new clips and solder them on to replace the old ones that seem to get loose all by themsleves. Any idea where I can get just the clips? They are on a 2002 5.3 Z Flex Fuel Tahoe.

Maybe GMpartsDirect.com? I guess you'd probably need part numbers first...you could try a dealership. If you go to ACDelco.com you might be able to find part#'s also...

or, you could try removing the terminal ends from the connectors and squishing them closed a little tighter...

 

mmmm flex fuel injector clips....let me research that a bit and get back to you.

 

According to what I have found GM is having a problem with the injectors on your year, make and model....you might want to look into that.

 

Is there a service bulletin on them?
