Default whats going on with my truck?

So this has happened to me a few times now. Im driving down the road and my radio shuts off, all my gauges except for speedo zero out and the hole instument cluster lights up with warning lights, like battery, low fuel, engine temp, pressure you name it. As i pull over and turn truck off and restart everything works fine again. Does this sound right?

06 sierra 2500HD 6.0L / CAI, Magnaflow exhaust, and Dyno tune done by Speed inc.

I've seen ignition switches do that.

wouldn't hurt to check all your grounds on the back of the engine. I recall a thread last year where a bunch of trucks had a bad fuse box that would short out and reset the radio over night. Was going to dig it up to see what years it was but couldn't find it. I think it was 07 tho.

definitely sounds like a ground problem. You can't even fathom the things that a bad ground can do.

When I had a loose ground....

I would try and start the truck and my two blinker signals in the dash would come on. When I unlocked my doors the speakers popped. Just weird as hell.
