Who has the fastest N/A 4.8L? I looked on the list and it looks like Scream is at the top with a 14.77 at 96 MPH. Is this the fastest so far or has someone dipped into the low 14's?

 

i will be finding out in a couple of weeks when the track opens. I think V8 ran close to that time. so it looks like there are gonna be several of us real close to each other.

 

my cuzins truck was lowered to 13.4X@XXX with some go go juice and basic mods,K&n,Borla, and HPP3 with street tires and racing gas..cherry scent!!!it was a RCSB 2000 Red 4.8 LT...

 

actually theres no one on the site that has a scsb 4.8 with that many boltons. chigon has quite a few now but i dont think hes ran it yet

 

i think its graygmc on this site that has a 4.8 with gas and ran a pretty low 13 i think

I hope with when I get this stall and shift kit installed with some drag radials I can drop my 15.4 down into the high 14s. That may just be wishful thinking.

Yea, and there's a guy on here running high 12's with forged internals and I think a 200 wet shot, but abbo7 is asking for N/A!!!

There was a guy with a 4.8 on here last year that was running 14.80s, but with no where NEAR the mph that I run. If I could get traction, I'm quite sure that I could get the truck into the low 14s with the 4.8, BUT.....

The LS1 goes in this weekend! Can't wait.
