What size tires on my 17's??

What size tires on my 17's??
I want to go to a little narrower in the front and a little wider in the rear. ive got 16's now so what size should i put, ive got 17's to go on it. i like a medium sized tire, not a short profile tire but shorter than a 275 or so.....tell me what you think.
