How to take out a headlight 2010 Sierra

Default How to take out a headlight 2010 Sierra

Dumb question, am trying to put in HID's, need my headlights out to get at things......2 bolts on top and then what? can't figure it out.

Please help this loser!!

Does the grill have to come out?

your truck basicly has to look like this to take out the headlights....

First take off the grill cover which is held in by push pins then you take off the 10mm screws on top the hold the grill to the support. After that remove the 2 6mm or 7mm (not really sure the size) screws per side on the top painted piece of the bumper, there in the wheel well. Next un clip the grill from the grille supports and pull the whole grille and top painted bumper piece out as one. its pretty easy once you start working on it you will know what im talking about lol. now you will be able to access the headlight bolts and remove them.
