Hey I know this post isn't about a truck but I value you guy's opinions so I wanted to run this by you.

I am getting ready to buy "my wife" an 06 GTO. We found one that she likes and the price is decent so I am seriously thinking about buying it monday. Only thing is I am not sold on the color, she loves it but I am not sure if I like it or not. The color is technically blue but is looks purple to me. I may have to hold off an get a black one but they are so common. Let me know what you think, give your brutally honest opinions.

I like it, it doesn't look purple to me. Anything is better than the burnt orange one that I saw in town, but the blue is nice, its not a cop catcher like the bright reds and yellows.

 

I like the burnt orange but guess its all a matter of opinion.

x2 on the cop catcher, I haven't had a speeding ticked since I traded my red vehicle.

My friend had one that color. It wasn't bad. I like black and orange better, but none of the GTO colors are really ugly to me.

 

Doesn't look purple at all, and if she likes it that will make your life a lot easier.

I like it, looks like Arrival Blue that I had on my '03. Loved the color.

 

the burnt orange and the blue are nice but i still like the color of mine, was cyclone gray, it looked different colors in differnt lights
