Default went racing no new times

went and met some guys at the track tonight and was looking to better my times. well, that didn't happen due to two things, i started daydreaming at the gas pump on the way to the track and ended up putting about 3 quarters of a tank in. (don't ask me why i did that) second reason, there was a pretty stout head wind on the track.

all in all, not bad tho. i still managed to cut several 14.40's at 94mph with 2.1 60's. previous best was a 14.40 at 96mph. i think the mph was off on the timing system at the other track i was at to get a 96mph.

so i am still hoping to get a 14.2 with a quarter tank and no headwind. oh yea, i still had the back seat in and only weight reduction was tailgate...this is on bfg dr's as well.

i wonder how far i can push the truck with no verter or headers. i don't think it has much left in it. this is on a pred tune as well.

he didn't go. he lives 3 hours away from where i went. had i been paying attention i think i could have gotten somewhere in the 14.2 range. i think. and to me, i dont' think thats too damn bad using a predator, and no stall or headers...

Great times considering the conditions and street trim!!! Wish I could have joined in on the fun, but work sucks!

As a matter of fact, I'm at freakin work right now!!!! I have to come in tomorrow all day too. I'm going to go to Greenville next Saturday night with a fresh set of injectors, much higher shift points, and a brand new jug of vht. I'm really hoping to get the low 12s then.

Get you some juice or come without it. Super Chevy is in Memphis the 15th-17th. Race me at my track for a change.
