(don't ask me why i did that) second reason, there was a pretty stout head wind on the track.

all in all, not bad tho. i still managed to cut several 14.40's at 94mph with 2.1 60's. previous best was a 14.40 at 96mph. i think the mph was off on the timing system at the other track i was at to get a 96mph.

so i am still hoping to get a 14.2 with a quarter tank and no headwind. oh yea, i still had the back seat in and only weight reduction was tailgate...this is on bfg dr's as well.

i wonder how far i can push the truck with no verter or headers. i don't think it has much left in it. this is on a pred tune as well.
list those mods please , my 04 is only .4 faster on juice. details please

Hopefully you will be getting those times down quite a bit in a few weeks with your new exhaust.

yup. hey kenny, i got a new tune in today. it feels much better than the last one. and guess what, my ltrms are at zero for the first time in their life.

my truck jumps now when i punch it from a dig. it doesn't need to build up rpm to roast the tires. it just gets violent from the start.

Was that vette cam installed straight up or 4* advanced?Did you feel like you lost any bottom end pull,or is it about the same with just a stronger pull from midrange to top end?

it is straight up. i did lose a little bottom end but switched to the 4.10 gears. also i was pig rich up untill today. new tune and now it pulls hard as hell down low. it comes on strong at around 3K. but now it pulls hard from zero up with the new tune.

Johan @ diablosport. the new tune really woke up the bottom end. i started getting positive ltrms today tho. but since headers will be going on soon i won't worry with another tune till they get installed.

Yeah, right now he's still running the stock tc.
Goshawk- Just ordered my tune update today. Allen is going to raise my shift points up to 6500, adjust for the new injectors, and raise my tc lockup to around 40mph. It normally locks up around 27-30mph riding around town and that cam doesn't like that very much.
