Where all the companys show off the new models i got pics but they are at my g/f's.
But Gm trucks are getting some new things going on.
There was the Chevy Silverado "performance series"
Whch was the same thing as the Sierra "pro comp"
5.3's dressed up loaded with Corsa catbacks and 20's with some different badging.
Then there was the badass Winchester Edition silverado.
Looked like 33's and 17's with some dress up stuff pretty neat looking.

That was a grand prix 5.3? I didn't know that they were actually going to do that. Is that thing gong to be east-west mounted? Talk about torque steer! Got any pics of that?

What were the specs on the "Power Wagon"? Gee, could that emblem get any bigger.

 

Yep, the LS4, I believe. I think it's actually going in the Grand Prix, Monte Carlo and Impala - so I've heard. Transverse mounted to one of those new 5 speed automatics.

 

Dang thoseGP are going to move. with that 5.3. I wonder of the Performance Series truck has the 6.0 in it.

Finally they are backing up all that SS badging I was wondering when they where going to ressurect the super sport name. Ive always thought those newer ss impalas looked sharp (all black chrome tips). Id love to drive one with the 5.3 in it. Are they all going to be front wheel drive that would suck, no room for headers or anything else and removing tq managment on something like that would be asking for it.

 

No the pro comps and Performance series were 5.3's just dress up..
