stock boost Ls are boring. put a 4 or 6 lbs (that is additional boost if ya didnt know) on there and DAMN a totally different beast. now you are talking 10 psi at 2200 rpms and 15 psi by 3000 rpms. power under the curve is what the L is all about.

as for knowing a heavy truck, i hope you arent talking about your silverado SS lol. i dont consider a truck heavy till you get into the 7200 lbs 3/4 ton duramax trucks or 8000 lbs 1 ton dodge duallys. now THAT is a fat pig!

So no one is interested to hear what the L driver had to say about the race?

I'm assuming this is the same race?

I agree, it all seems like the same story except where 12sec5.3 says

He yells, ''Is that an LS1?'' I simply told him yep. and he says, ''Great job!''
and the L owner said it went like this

I get the ole lady to ask if it is in fact an LS1 (had a ram air hood with LS1).
Apparently the L's wife looks like a man, or 12sec just got a little confused on who was askin the question.

btw, Todd. Got the check in the mailbox today.

Yep, that's the guy. He was yelling but i couldn't make out what he was saying so his wife asked. Man that's cool that you found that.Very observant.

I read a little bit on the forum and he's thinking that i sprayed him. So if you guys post on there let him know i'm n/a. Hopefully he goes to No Problem Raceway soon. I'd like to talk to him.

this is the problem with saying it was an LS1. i'd have just yelled back "nope" or " no, it's a 5.3". leads some to think they raced some special truck.
