east of baytown on I10 homes are going for 90.000 built to what you like in the blueprints they have, mountbelview is booming in new homes from 90.000 to 120.000, houses sale for around 65.000 up to 250.000 depends on how much footage and how many acres it comes with, some places around here you can **** off the front porch and no one will see you.

I will be moving to the Rio Grande Valley area soon. Probably McAllen, or I will keep my grandparent's house in Rio Grande City. I still go there for 2 months every winter on vacation.

OMG - thats insane! that house would go for 700k plus here in ventura county

there's no way i think i could leave CA behind. the cost of a house is getting out of control here in CA, but i cant leave the ocean... or the weather. or the girls.

have you looked into southern cali? santa barbara? san clemente? san diego?

We got 13 acres{ all fenced}, live water{ springs}, 24x38 ft shop, 20x20 barn , and a 7 year old 2300 square foot house for $200,000. The house is nice with wrap around porch and hard wood floors. North West Arkansas is one of the fastest growing area in the US. This place is blowing up with growth. Its a nice area and the weather is a hell of a lot nicer than Texas. If you like Hunting and fishing or anything outdoors this a awesome place. Plus if you want to go to a city like Memphis tn, Kansas City, Dallas, well you within 6 hours from all.

well i live in dry *** oklahoma, we have cold winters, hot summers, wind is always blowing and my 1638 sqft house in edmond ran me right at 119,500 and the 3 houses surrounding me have sold in the last 3 months for 135+. I recommend moving to either north texas or down in the woodlands area. I was born in the woodlands and alot of my family still live their. Nice clean place and houses are reasonable if you look around.

I have a college buddy in Houston. He recently emailed me his mailing address. It reads 'street address, Hell, TX zipcode'.
