Default walbro 255LPH inline after stock pump?

I'm doing a turbo setup w/ 60# injectors, looking to get 450-500RWHP

I have a walbro 255LPH inline pump in my garage from a previous project.

Should I put this pump on my frame rail to assist the stock pump? Would that even work?

If so, how do I go about this. I just bought this truck and I am new to Chevrolet trucks (I have a 2003 silverado 5.3l). Is the fuel system regulated inside the tank or at the fuel rail? Would I need to modify the regulator to allow more fuel?

thanks
