So I'm looking for a new truck. I was wanting to get a 2wd, ECSB with the vortec max in it. I'm not sure what year I want yet, but I have been looking on various websites to try to find some around my area, but have came up with nothing. What years did the max come in? The vortec max comes in 2wds right? Just didn't know why I was having so much trouble finding one. any ideas?

 

i have a 2007 gmc sierra classic vortec max 2wd looks like the 2006 body i think they also made a 4wd to

 

They made the vortec max from 2004-2005 under the name Vortec high output (But its the exact same thing) then they officially changed the name to v-max in 2006 and they are still making them. in 04 and 05 they only came in 2wd ecsb, in 2006 they came in CC EC 4wd and 2wd
