The ultimate sleeper...love to see a Mustang guy have to go tell his friends that he got his *** handed to him by a Volvo!

 

There was a guy in the northeast that used to put Ford 302s in Volvos. David Letterman and Paul Newman had them. Don't know if they were as stout as that one though.

 

I used to work at a shop up in Bangor and had a guy pull in with a biege Volvo wagon with 17 inch vette wheels. He needed a new set of tires. I asked him what was up with the wheels and he went over and popped the hood and showed an early vette ls1 swap. He had pretty much the whole drivetrain in that car. Six speed and everything. Definetly a sleeper.
