Thats true. but I was talking about from a racing perspective.It pisses me off when I bust a u turn, haul *** to catch a race to find out it's just a v6. maybe a factory blower for the 6 would fix that! but I'm pretty sure the new 6 will probably have some ***** the way they are going.

 

Yall are missing the hidden point with the V6. That base model V6 6sp Camaro will have direct injection and 305hp. Depending on where the curb weight falls, that base model won't be a slug.

 

thats still pretty dang good for a v6 but im all about some muscle and ive been dreamin about this things since i heard about the concept. first car was 1 94 camaro v6 5speed. even with the v6 i miss it

Yeah the worthless truck part had got me down, thinking Ill use the truck for a winter beater (maybe) and use the camaro in the late spring,summer, early fall

 

Maybe a certain Twin Turbo kit company will make a nice setup for the HFDI 3.6L V6. That'd be real nice, good gas mileage (if you keep your foot out of it) and more power than the SS on demand when needed.
