damn thats messed up lol. well i figured it out. i hook up the bypass as a passlock II system and my truck has the vats. total diffrent wireing. i hooked up the wire as passlock all the wire were there so figured huh ok thats that. not so much its vats. i think its good now but i got wait till i charge my battery i was doing some other stuff and listening to the radio and ran my batt down lol.

 

These are all the relearn's like CASE and security relearn procedures. There are a few different VATS (vehcile anti theft devices0) Passkey and Passkey 2, Passlock and Passkey 3 or Passkey 3+. If your key has a resistor in the key, it 1 of the Passkey setups, my truck doesnt have any VATS, VATS started in 1998 in the GM fullsize trucks.
