Truck got towed and damaged!!!!

Default Truck got towed and damaged!!!!

First of all towing in College Station is F-ing retarded. Anyway, so it got towed and now I find a big f-ing dent on the rear fender and my steering wheel is scratched too. Is there anything I can do? I am PISSED!!!!!!!

a buddy of mines 4x4 std shift got towed in c station and totaly screwed up his transmission and transfer case.. dont think they ever did anything for it either..

Depends on why they towed it. I would definatley call a lawyer up. Otherwise I would maybe call your insurance and let them know that someone vandalized your truck

Appearently someone is a bitch and reported me leaving the premises. They called that grounds for towing my truck. I guess they expect me to stand next to my truck when I park it.

I bet a lawyer could get them to pay for that if you were still there and not doing anything wrong. And that still wouldn't validate them damaging your truck. This way you have more of a shot though.

tow companies are legally responsible for any damage incurred on the vehicle. I saw this happen on another site. What you need to do is call your insurance company and explain the situation to them. They should be able to go after the towing company that way you don't have to get a lawyer. By the way, in the other incident I'm referring to the guy got a new transfer case and transmission.
