Truck class @ Shootout
#21
1055 miles isn't too bad. I just drove from Houston, picked up Colonel in Alabama, and drove to Bristol Tennessee (1230 miles one way) to attend Bristol Bash. It was WORTH it and I'll try my *** off to make that drive again next October.
If you bring a co-pilot, you can knock down those 1000 mile trips straight thru.

Hey Guys!!!
We had a great time at the shootout too...Thunder Racing was awesome and always the nicest people...My truck ran its best times ever...The best at 12.17 @ 109mph...Pops was especially proud of my last run with 1.62 60ft....We had a lot of fun too when we switched over to the ET bracket...And I got to spot a couple of the Camaros
That was pretty cool! It was really great meeting so many people from here in the forum too...Everyone was right...It was a great track!!!
