1055 miles isn't too bad. I just drove from Houston, picked up Colonel in Alabama, and drove to Bristol Tennessee (1230 miles one way) to attend Bristol Bash. It was WORTH it and I'll try my *** off to make that drive again next October.

If you bring a co-pilot, you can knock down those 1000 mile trips straight thru.

Hey Guys!!!
We had a great time at the shootout too...Thunder Racing was awesome and always the nicest people...My truck ran its best times ever...The best at 12.17 @ 109mph...Pops was especially proud of my last run with 1.62 60ft....We had a lot of fun too when we switched over to the ET bracket...And I got to spot a couple of the Camaros That was pretty cool! It was really great meeting so many people from here in the forum too...Everyone was right...It was a great track!!!

if it is in march i probably won't be able to attend. wife is prego and having our baby around that time frame. but who knows. maybe she is up for some travel.

hmmm its lookin better for me seein how the doc seems to think my wife is further along than they first thought.
