tow hooks

hey anyone know how to take these tow hooks off the front of the truck?

Aren't there just two bolts per hook holding them to the front frame rails?

2 bolts one from bottom one from side one has a nut and one doesn't.

...No realy its two bolts on each hook you need to take off. Very easy to do, but they are pretty tight.

Um I was kidding. The shipbuilders always had them when we had shipalts done. Cut through 1/2" steel like it was butter.
