Default Is it totaled

Well a tragady has happened . Last night a couple of my buddies and I were comming back from the bass pro shop. We were driving down the interstate when it started to downpour. Before i was going 70ish until it started raining, and as soon as it started raining like any person with a brain i slowed down to 50-55. Everything was good until i hit a puddle then a bump right after the puddle which really upset the truck. Well because of this the truck started to go sideways so i tryed to correct it but unfortunatly that didn't work and i ended up loosing controle and slapping right into a gaurdrail nose first the the bed of the truck came around and hit the same rail then slid to a stop. Ive had the truck since november so i am pretty fond of it. Do you guys think its totaled???Pics are at www.msnusers.com/mywreched04silverado

If it gets fixed i wont be getting it back for a while. the frame is definetly bent. The passanger side valve cover is hitting the firewall

If the frame is bent, well, that might be a different story, you ok?

My guess is somewhere in the $10,000 range to fix it, especially if the air bags deployed (did they?). The main thing is that you're alright (I'm assuming you are). Trucks can be replaced. I really think it will be close to being totalled tho.

Yeah im fine and its amazing that I managed not to hit anyone else, and no the air bags didnt deploy. I think they should have since i hit the gaurd rail with the nose first

i agree with BADMOFO depends on your insurance...if your going to use it..a freind got rearended last week in his f-150 ..the car that rearended him just pushed in the bumper..when he took it for the insurance they wanted to call it totaled since the frame was bent....but goodluck!!
