Talking Thorley headers ordered

Well, decided to start to get the mods coming in. I ordered my Thorley headers from Summit today. The motor should be on its way this week, and I have already have the 3000 stall, tranny cooler, and my injectors here waiting on the swap. I'll be ordering my two B&B mufflers and cutouts sometime this week. Damn, I love spending money!!!!

Too bad I didn't get to make the race. My gf 21 birthday was Saturday, so she made me carry her to beale street with a few friends. We did alot of , and it was a pretty good time. It's my luck the race was on the same weekend as her birthday. Still looking for someone to do the swap. If you have the guys number in Horn Lake, send me a p.m with it. I have heard several local people tell me he will get it done right. Thanks, Jim.

Just send me your list. Man, I've been saving up for so long, it was time to let some go. I wanted to get most everything done at one time so it would feel like a totally different truck. Plus, my girlfriend will be graduating in May, and I know she'll be looking for a ring, so I have to build the truck to my liking as fast as possible. You know my money will become our money when we say the "I dos".

They sell the single inlet/single outlet street mufflers seperate. The salesman I talked to told me they would be slightly louder than the catback due to the smaller size. Check out their website under street rods.

I'm going to try no cats since I have to basically redo the entire system. Bigtex(Richard) had a good point when he suggested I keep my manifold cats borla setup with the y-pipe handy incase and just get me a true dual system built. This way I could always put the manifold system back on if I ever decide to get rid of the truck(which I won't!!!) I think it's going to sound mean as hell!
