Default Thinking about a comeback

Well I got rid of my truck before I left for basic nearly a year ago and am missing having a fast truck. I have found another one for a good price and have plenty of left over goodies for a good start. The last one was trouble though and I am looking at taking a different approach after 4 motors and countless trannies I want a running truck all the time.

Here is the truck I"m thinking about click I know it has lots of miles but that doesnt matter since I know Ill be modding it first thing. So what does everything think ?

Negative I know it will have to go through alot of changes like the chrome trim etc.

I already have lots of parts though and access to hptuners. I still have lots of go fast goodies laying around from my last truck like ls1 fans, a setup for an ls1 style intake, plug wires, volant intake system, nitrous and a few lsx motors and turbos.

With that many miles and all the changes I will make to the body I expect to repaint it anyways and I have a very good and cheap body guy.

I was seriously considering selling my turbos and built z06 motor for a radix. I heard it can make 100 more rwhp on my stock 5.3 is this true ?
