Ok...I've got a buddy with an '87 El Camino 4.3l that asked me earlier "Hey, can I put a turbocharger on this like the Sy/Ty had ??" I replied "Sure, I don't see why not...I bet it's almost a bolt-on mod !!" before I really thought it through. Now that I'm thinking this out a little bit more I'm wondering just how "easy" this is...and if it really is THAT EASY I'd actually consider finding an El Camino and doing it myself !! I Mean, it IS a truck (kinda) and it's gotta be lighter than a Sy/Ty (it's a Malibu with a bed....it's unibody, it's gotta be pretty light, right ??)

Any thoughts ??
