Don't know why they would bring it back as a Pontiac.... I like it, but I don't think it will sell.

I've never thought the El camino's looked good but they are very practical. I would drive one with a 6.0L and a bed. I don't like driving my truck everyday exactly, i'd rather have a vette, but I don't like being out and remembering I needed to stop at Lowe's and get something that I don't want to haul in a vette. That is the only reason I drive a truck.

Holden has had that body for years.

It's probably a good idea for the reasons that TurboGibbs stated above. How many people out there drive trucks because they are practical, but would much rather have the fuel economy of a smaller car? This is the perfect combination. I'd consider buying one when they come out.
