I sure could have used a couple extra hands. Family showed up for a visit yesterday afternoon and I put them to work. Lifting the blower (without gasket damage) and hood off would have been darn near impossible by myself. Other than that it's been a one man show.

I agee. It's not been that bad. The more you do something the easier it is. Learn the little tricks. Don't have to think about how to do something like how to hook up the moter to the hoist. Think it would be easier on a stock truck though. No headers, blower etc. Been a long time since I swapped an engine. Dang near 20 years. Was a lot easier on the GTO.
