I'm pretty sure they are just called idle airflow trims. If you look under the idle section of the pid's you should see them. That will tell you if your RAF is close or not.

Yup, done those before and the vehicle runs worse everytime I do adjust based on them.

I just got done putting it back in open loop to tune VE and its still doing pretty crappy. Also on Tip in it goes lean and let off goes rich.

Even though with it closed loop ltfts dont seem to indicate a vacuum leak, I can only assume thats still the issue.

I'm tired of the weeks of time tuning, installing and reinstalling, going to attempt to get my money back I believe.

I wish I could back charge FAST (Comp) for all my wasted time, etc.

You think these people that have problems are just the minority complaining, until you become one those people and realize it is just a crappy product for a RIDICULOUS price.

I had to really open the idle air ports with a die grinder to get enough air flow. The counts stayed at 300 until I ported the TB

So your saying you had the same problem until you ported IAC ports?

I do appreciate the information though. I just think I will have a hard enough time returning this product as it is, much less if I modify it

Unplug your IAC sensor and adjust the idle set screw on the throttle body to where it runs 50-75 rpm below your commanded idle rpm in your tune.
On my truck I completely left the IAC unplugged, kept having issues with it staying wide open after I'd go wot.

Actually it made it more tune-able, instead of needing to be re-tuned. It seemed to mostly take care of itself after I allowed it to pass as much air as the pcm was asking for. If your idle air counts are stuck at 300 when you are having these issues, then it is probably for the same reason that I was.
I understand your not wanting to butcher such an expensive item, especially after seeing where I slipped with the grinder . But I wanted to keep a 102 mm throttle, so I did my best to correct a design flaw. Hopefully you will get good results from another solution.

I meant RETURNING, not retuning ;-)

But no, I don't have counts anywhere near 300, in fact if it actually idles after doing a good bit of running around...I have a hard time keeping the counts above 0.

The set screw is set so the TB blade is completely closed at 0% TPS
