Its not too hard... Not step by step, but heres some info that will help..

Disconnect the wiring harness retainers, the injector harnesses, the coil pack main plug(big one near center of coil packs) and a few more misc connectors, including one sensor on front top of intake, and one in the rear of intake. There is also the three 10mm bolts holding a plastic cover over some wiring harness near back that you need to remove. Other than this, you will need an 8mm socket to remove the 10(5 on each side) bolts holding intake down. After this you SHOULD be ablew to remove the intake(assumign you already removed obvious stuff like the intake tube lol). the intake manifold gaskets are held onto the manifold with three little plastic hooks that snap it on.. installation is reverse of removal, except you SHOULD torque the manifold to the correct torque specs which are 44 INCH pounds first sequence, and 89 INCH pounds on 2nd(final) sequence.

Hope that helps.

ok the best description ive read yet thanks! so at the point of replacing the gaskets do i flip the intake over? or just like hold the intake up enough to unclip and slide the gasket out then slide the new ones in and clip in place? not sure what you can do with the fuel lines in place. also do i just take the 4 screws holding the throttle body off and move the tb to the side or do i disconnect everything from the tbody and keep it attached to the intake? anyone got any pics of this swap?
