Okay, now that I have the rim sizes, maybe you guys can help me pick a tire (TBSS). All of the ultra high performance tires that I like, ala, kumho and Nitto, are car sizes, so the tallest one I can find are in the neighborhood of 25, 26 inches. seems a little small. I'd like to see a 11 or 12 wide 28, 29 tall in the rear, and a 8, 9 wide 27, 28 tall in the front. any clues.

Sorry, I really don't know what to tell you at this point. I wouldn't buy wheels without first knowing what tires would go on them, or how many different tires are available for my particular wheel size. Good luck.

Here's what Bryan reccomended.
255/55/18 front
285/50/18 rear

I think that size in a Toyo Proxes should be a good set-up, I hope.

I would go with his recommendation, he was the one that advised me and I got exactly what I wanted

Toyo proxies are excellent tires, hell, you work with JG and he has had excellent results with them

Proxes S/T's are excellent tires; if they had been the same price (or close) to the Kumhos I would have bought them instead.
