just watching the vids doesn't really do last night justice, i was racing some of the quickest cars that i have seen on the streets around here and held my own. probably the best night of racing i have had with the new truck.


http://members.***.net/parish888/bamavsparish.wmv << this one is very conroversial, everyone there said it was a tie but now that the vid is up the guy i raced is saying he won. if you look closely you can see the reflector about 20' short of where the camera man is, that is the finish line. he was definately coming on hard and had me when we passed the camera guy. this is an 02 camaro with huge drag radials, 6spd, 150shot, long tubes, gutted interior, a few other bolt ons and some suspension parts. corected gtech of 11.5


http://members.***.net/parish8888/supravsparish.wmv << another great race, first time out he torched his tires so we had a redo. 2nd time out he got me out of the hole and i never got it back. this guy pulls low 1.6's at the track (in a supra), and runs consistant 11.7's. he has what he called BPU, or basic performane upgrades, no aftermarket turbo or anything like that.

http://members.***.net/parish88888/juddvsparish.wmv << last race was with this guy in his 10sec stang, this car only comes out about twice a year. not sure at all what he has done but he has been known to pull the wheels on the street at times. he has run high 10's na and into the 9's with nitrous. he didn't have his bottle when we raced the first vid is real bleary, i am in the closer lane.

That is so awesome. Having a truck that can run with cars like that must be amazing!! I would love to see some little high school punks face when your truck blows past his Mustang or whatever they think is fast now!!

oh my, i can only wonder what the 409 will be like..

 

i did some stop light races last night with the cut out closed but still spraying out of the hole, the truck really jumps hard but it is soo smooth and quiet it has to suck to be the guy in the other lane.

if they had a emocation of a face with his jaw on the floor i would deffinatly use it now.

 

no, not at all, we can't really go racing on the weekend anymore because they come looking for us. on the week days it usualy takes them awhile to bust us up.

if they show up when someone is racing they will get a ticket, it is like 6pts and $500, and that is if they just give you the dragracing ticket. if they wanted to get me for going 115+mph that could be a trip strait to jail.

i have been prety lucky so far.
