shit im about to do

Default **** im about to do

well i have some money to play with now so i think im going to:
1. redo my exhaust...please help me on chosing a good set up
2. installing an alarm system, possibly with remote start
3. getting an amp to power my Infinity Kappa 6.5s and 4x6 plates
4. possibly a monitor set up with a dvd player (thyey make one that fits in the factory console.....)

the generally concensus about exhaust is to make sure you dont open the motor up too much to where you lose backpressure. For instance, a dual 3" setup on a basically stock motor you dont want to do, and remember X-pipe's are your friend.

wel for starters im not sure on the size i should run, but i know that too big is bad. also you have to remember that im in Gay *** cali so the **** you can do out there in TX i most likely wont be able to do....cause Gaylifornia has shitty emmissions laws....well what should i run, i have a 5.3 w/ edel brock shorties,K&N FIPK2, nelson tune. so what size piping should i go with and what brand muff

put a magnaflow on it / either single 3" or dual 2.5"

I put a dual 2 1/2 in dual 2 1/2 out Magnaflow (part # 14568) with 3" x 18" tips also I have AS&M L/T Headers I definitly feel HP gains at every RPM. Go for it

well right now i have edelbrock shorties on and i was wondering with the L/T headers do you have to get rid of your cats or no......??????

No I still have my cats they get welded up to the flanges that bolt to the headers.

Ive never owned shorties but everyone around here says long tubes are the way to go. The shorties arent much differnt the stock exaust manifolds.
