Bigger hammer.

Crank the wheel to one side so you can smack the bearing hub from behind. A air hammer is my best friend here too, just go to town on the bearing right next to the spindle to break up the rust.

Be prepared to clean the rust out of the spindle and probably get a new backing plate... Slide hammer has worked for me on occasion, if its 4wd try knocking the axle back into the bearing some

Get yourself a sharp chisel to pry in between the hub and spindle, take some hammering.

Word. PB Blaster.

I would suggest replacing both bearings. It's cheap insurance.
