Yeah, is there a minimum number that needs to be met?
I'd be interested if I can get this one mod installed before then

Not sure what min/max is, but last time they had no problems filling the slots. My guess is that unless there is very little interest, it will come off, and they will accomodate...but you should call them to be absolutely sure. All I know is that I'm signed up.
