Ok, so you know how the story ends, but it was still fun to play with him!

He followed me until I turned then hammered it past me. So I hit it and quickly caught up to his rear bumper just as he got into my lane (another car in his lane up ahead). We hit it again from about 30-50 and I gave him the out the window as I pulled him hard.

So then he followed me in traffic until I turned again. This time I waited at about 15mph. He pulled up next to me and I asked if he was "ready on 3" and I counted down. We hit it at the same time. By about 75mph I had put around 3-4 car-lengths on him and he let up.

At the next light he said "HOLY **** that thing is fast"!!! Chatted a while, waved, and drove off.

Good times.........

Youve got to love that. Wait till you get that stall. Its a totally different animal.
You need to get some vid to contribute to the truck section video. Ive got a race setup with a GTO and then I'll get my *** handed to me by an 11 sec N/A Trans Am. I'll leave out any parts where he sprays since Im sure he will

 

My buddy has a great vid of me tearing the tires off in the first 4 gears down the track (yes, Firebird sucks). I had Heads/Cam/etc, 335 tires and managed a 12.4 @ 118.5 I'll have to post that one up too. He's going to video the Denali for me as soon as my work is done. Maybe next Friday!

And yes, I can't WAIT to get the stall in there!
