I went to my local Chevy dealer, and asked about it, and they pointed me in the direction of their local Defi electronics place. 5 minuite job, about $60. If you go to one of these places, make sure you take both clusters, and you have to have your Escalade cluster out, too. They do it by bench programming.

I called a dealer like mentioned above and also got someone local that does programming. However, the place the dealer refered me to couldn't do the newer vehicles for some reason and refered me to someone else. I ended up using Techni-Car that was local and it was only $42.50 and about a 5min job. The Techni-Car headquarters is in FL and I think it cost around $60 total to ship them the cluster, have it programmed, and sent back to ya.

If shipped out to anyone, they will probably need the stock cluster plus the esky or they will need a notarized document with the mileage on it.

US Speedo does it for $75.00 no questions asked.
Some dealerships are capable and some are not.
