Default Rough idle and strange brake feel...questions.

So just to give some backround on what I had done the week prior to this happening yesterday.

Changed my oil about a week ago.

Last Friday power washed the truck and somehow got water into the intake piping which threw the low MAF input SES.

Sunday, removed all the STS intake piping and dryed it out along with cleaning and drying out my MAF.

The truck was throwing the low MAF input SES but that cleared with predator after reassembling all the piping.

Yesterday the truck ran fine, actually ran GREAT!
I was running really low on gas so I stopped at a station that was close just to put a few gallons in for the day. I usually fill up close to home because they sell non-reformulated gasoline there, but not where I was at for work.

After driving a couple of miles the truck seemed like the idle was a little rough. When I come to a stop light and have a slight amount of pressure on the brake pedal but just creeping up to the stop, I feel a pulsing in the pedal that seems to coincide with the rough idle.

Thinking maybe bad gas here??

Could the brake thing just be caused by a slight fluctuation in the vacumn?

I don't want to fill up and mix the bad gas with the good, just want to burn up as much of the bad as possible first.

I still get 55psi on my fuel presure gauge and the truck seems ok under hard acceleration, don't even get any KR on the Predator live data.

Any good gas treatment additives out there?
Let me know what you think guys.
Thanks.

I think you got a vaccum leak...just get you a can of ethenol and start checking for leaks.

Pretty Much Also I would putting some wire dry in your spark plug wires...at idle there could be enough water there to cause a bad connection

You talking about the dielectric grease or a spray to dry out or displace the moisture?

Well my rear O2s are shut off in my tune and my fronts seem to be getting the correct feedback when I seem them on Predators diagnostics live data.
The numbers jump all over on Predators live dat for the O2S so I could be wrong.

It runs great at WOT, but kind of pulses at low start from a stop. The pulsing can be felt through the brake pedal, but it may just be the motor chugging at low speed, not a vacumn issue.
I'm getting a can of ether on my way in to work this morning and will be checking for leaks. I had no time last night to deal with it.
I noticed my boost was running higher than normal about 1.5psi, maybe it deos have a vacumn leak and thats giving me an slight overboost?
I'll report back.
