Default Ready for the 90mm conversion

I finally got my 90mm UMI racing throttle body after being back ordered for a month. Im going to try and get it and my new j-tube installed tonight and tuned this week. Some people have reported 40 rwhp with tuning for this mod. I am shooting for 25rwhp to break the 500rwhp mark.

UMI throttle body

Custom 90mm j-tube.

I haven't dynoed mine since installing it. I do know yours should perform better than us DBW guys and not getting full opening.

Thats a good looking piece. Looks like you can run coolant around it?

Started the install tonight but didnt finish. I have to get a 4" coupling to mate the throttle body and magnacharger plastic intake tube.

I also need to make a plate to block off the EGR. I guess I will just remove all of the EGR and have the tuner turn off the SES light for it and tape up the plug.

There was only 5 bolts on the radix j-tube.... I wonder why??? There are holes for 6 bolts. Am I missing one?
